Two posts in one day!

We had the privilege of watching Mason yesterday.

We all think he is the cutest little baby ever.

Where have I been?

Ok, so I haven't been updating, but I don't think very many come here anyway; I do check your blogs regularly to keep up with what's going on, though, even though I don't always comment or post! Here is a list of things to do/have been doing:

homeschooling

spending more consistent time in God's Word and prayer (Praise be to God! It is not me, but He who is giving me the desire and strength; I am a rebellious, lazy worm...)

taking care of the fam (cook, clean, wash, clean up, shop, try to be there to listen, do it all again--and again; and I love it)

shuttling people around

some ESL subbing (2X)

helping plan reformation lessons and party for the kiddies

hosting dear friends for 10 days in our home

loving my kids

trying to get to the gym at least 3x a week (ha)

writing a couple notes

keeping the fire(s) (literally) burning

Somehow this doesn't seem all that much, but most nights I fall into bed (usually after midnight) and feel like WHEW!

Isn't fall beautiful? I hope you are all enjoying it. Praise God for His blessings and His sovereignty! May I fall on my knees and cry, "Holy, holy, holy! Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive blessings and honor and power and praise!"
